Two bedrooms (one 5 ft double and one 4ft 6in double plus single bed), and a bathroom with shower, are located on the first floor, making this particularly ideal for families or groups of friends. A single bedroom and a shower-room are on the ground floor. This room is suitable for a disabled guest - the shower has good accessibility and handrail but does not have level access.

All rooms have Modern LCD Freeview TVs with Radio, Tea & Coffee making facilities and complimentary refreshments, plus Hairdryers and Bathrobes and 13A sockets for Chargers, laptops etc. An Iron is available with small Ironing Boardand and guests may use the washing machine.

Guests have use of the Lounge area, Dining Room, Garden , Patio with table and chairs and a large collection of books and classical CD's are available for visitors to use. On request,  Guests also may have use of the kitchen facilities should they wish to cook their own meals.

The position of the house, convenient for Orpington Railway Station, with fast trains to London and easy access to the M25  makes it ideal for those wishing to enjoy a break in London itself, or tour the Kent/Sussex countryside and coast. Those coming to work in the area on short-term contracts are also very welcome.   

Parking is free and unrestricted - there is plenty of room in the quiet road in front of the house.

Nearby there is a public park with swings and a Swimming Pool. The excavated Crofton Roman Villa is next to the railway station, just a short walk away and open to the public. Local shops at Locksbottom, and Orpington Station are within easy walking distance and Orpington and Bromley Town Centres provide excellent shopping opportunities, Cinema ,Theatre and a wide choice of restaurants. West-end style shopping is just a 25 minute drive to the 'Bluewater' Shopping Centre off the A2.  

Visitors can be collected from the station on arrival. On request this service can also be provided for day trips to the Kent and Sussex countryside,  the seaside or other local attractions.
